So the New Year has begun and the introspection on your life starts invading your mind. You start listing off things you want to change about yourself, things you want to accomplish and ultimately how you see the world. This process shouldn't happen only once a year and it definitely shouldn't focus on the negative, i.e. I'm fat, my job sucks, I hate my life!! Easier said then done, yes. Change is slow process, your not going to lose 10 pounds in a week, unless it's unhealthy and your definitely not going to improve your life in a day. Start slowly and everyday. Be thankful for the life you have, you only have one, unless of course you believe in reincarnation. I try and see the good in everyday and try to be in the moment instead of always waiting something in the future that may never come to be. Keyword is TRY, life isn't always easy especially with a family, school or that all-consuming job. Take a minute to breathe and think of something that makes you smile even for just a minute, it makes a world of difference.
